Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Management & Design Executive to help plan, design, and manage digital products from concept to launch. This role combines product thinking, UI/UX design, and coordination between development and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and features

• Gather and analyze user requirements and business needs

• Create wireframes, user flows, and basic UI/UX designs

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure proper implementation

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements

• Maintain product documentation and design assets

Requirements

• Basic understanding of product management principles

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)

• Ability to translate business ideas into product requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Understanding of web and mobile application workflows

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience working with developers and agile teams

• Knowledge of design systems and usability standards

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies

• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
